To Whom It May Concern:
March 28, 2000
This letter will convey my/the parish boards
complete satisfaction and approval not only of the quality work performed by MSI but also
of their crew.
We are just now completing a new hall and church brought
to a most pleasing culmination by the expertise and patience of our MSI builders. We had the difficult engineering problems done by
one of our competent parishioners but the work usually performed by an architect was not
forth-coming and proved very frustrating for our builders who managed to work with this
problem.
Mr. Pat Kloster was heart and soul in the project from
sloshing in the mud to lay the foundation until working out many, many final details which
were submitted late or even changed. For a
man of detail and order this proved very trying if not anguishing, yet he was always
positive, optimistic and even smiling at times!
The MSI performance is very orderly: well coordinated
with the ordering of supplies and placing of the men best qualified for specific and
detailed work. There is a very humane
atmosphere in which the need for breaks and safety awareness are addressed daily and
weekly.
We feel that the profit percentage was very fairif
not somewhat low compared to what the company could have charged. Their billing is explained and mailed in a time
and manner mutually satisfactory to both parties.
The firm has a motto to create lifetime customers and I
would certainly hope to have the expertise and concern shown us by MSI should we ever have
the occasion to build in the future.
One fact I really appreciated was that whereas Pat
Kloster was very positive and encouraging seeing the good side of thingsin those
rare moments when he know from previous experience something wound not work or be
satisfactoryhe was able to express his concern and sometimes his disagreement.
Suffice it to say I have the utmost confidence in the
work and ability of the firm MSI.
Sincerely in our Lord,
Father
